Strukton Worksphere is constantly looking for new ways to perform work more efficiently or more easily. We have started a pilot to carry out maintenance work using a smart glass. This allows technicians to allow colleagues to watch remotely if desired.
In the event of a complex malfunction, a technician with specialist knowledge of a particular installation does not have to drive to a maintenance location, but can monitor remotely. This not only saves time, but also additional driving costs and thus unnecessary kilometers. Specialist knowledge from all over the country or from suppliers can also be quickly called in. A technician can also scan QR codes on an installation with his glasses, after which maintenance instructions are displayed directly in the glasses. As a result, the resolution time of a fault is greatly reduced, which means that an installation functions faster again.
